Panzer IV -Tamiya E:1/35

...ha llegado el momento de fijar las puertas de las escotillas laterales de la torreta.

En este modelo, las puertas se fijan con una pieza que simula las bisagras ...  ¿porqué no hacerlas móviles? Al final del trabajo tendremos escotillas que se abren y se cierran.

It's time to fix the doors of the turret side hatches.

In this model, (Tamiya E:1/35) the doors are fitted with a hinge piece which simulates ... Why not make them mobile?

Cest le moment de placer les portes des trappes dans la tourelle.

Dans ce modèle, (Tamiya E:1/35) les portes des trappes sont fixés avec des pièces qui simulent des charnières... ¿pouqui pas les faire mobiles?

En este modelo, las escotillas van fijadas a dos elementos como el de la foto, que van colocados por el interior y en ellos se alojan las bisagras de la puertas. si conseguimos atravesar las dos piezas por un pasador, tendremos escotillas accesibles.

In this model (Tamiya E:1/35) the hatches are secured to two elements as the photo, which are placed on the inside and they are housed in the hinges of the doors.

Dans ce modèle, les écoutilles sont fixées à deux éléments comme ce-lui ci de l'image, elles sont placées par l'intérieur dans eux il se placent les charnières des portes. Si nous obtenons traverser les deux pièces par un broche, nous avons des écoutilles moviles.

Hacemos el hueco mas grande para que la bisagra tenga espacio suficiente, y pueda girar cuando abramos y cerremos las puertas.

We make the hole bigger so that the hinge has enough space. and can run when we open and close the doors.

Nous faisons l´espace un peux plus grande, pour q´uont peux oubrir et fermer les portes.

Broca para taladrar,  usamos un alfiler de costura, al que le hacemos varias aristas con papel de lija.
Drill bit, use a sewing pin, which we do several edges with sandpaper.

EL acero se hace hierro si lo calentamos, entonces es mas blando y podemos deformarlo.
The steel is iron if we heat it, then it is more soft and can deform it.

Lentamente hacemos dos orificios para las bisagras.
Slowly we make two holes for the hinges.

Necesitas un trozo de cable eléctrico, para sacar de él un filamento. Ese hilo será el pasador para las bisagras.
You need a piece of electrical wire to make it a filament. That thread is the pin for hinges.

Comprobamos que los orificios estan alineados y pasa el hilo de cobre.
Check that the orifices are aligned and the copper wire passes through the holes.

Pegando la pieza interior, se cortan suficientemente largas las dos bisagras para poder doblarlas sobre si.
Pasting the inner, cut the two hinges long enough to fold over itself.

Et voilá! tenemos las escotillas de nuestro carro que se pueden abrir y cerrar, podremos colocar o no la figura si nos apetece.

Tendremos que pintarlas mas adelante para ocultarlas.

We will have to paint the hinges to hide them.

On peux voir finalement, les ecoutilles ouvertes ou fermés.

This model allows us to do this, I think it is time well spent.
Creo que merece la pena el trabajo ya que esta maqueta lo permite.
